We are delighted to announce some new strategic changes to our management! Andrea Wallhead is our newly appointed Head of UK Sales, and we are really excited to welcome her into the position.

Andrea joins us at our head office and warehouse in Castle Donington, Derby. After a previous 3-year career with us as a Project Sales Engineer, looking after accounts across the West Midlands and Wales; she has accelerated her career at Venture Lighting, adding strength in all areas of our organisation.

Through her dedication to her accounts, her extensive experience in the industry, and her contagious enthusiasm she has been added to our senior board of management to reinforce Venture Lighting Europe’s business success and company growth.

Let’s pass over to Andrea and hear her thoughts about the new position:

I am absolutely thrilled with my new position here at Venture Lighting Europe. The team are like a family, and I am so happy to be working with people that genuinely care about the success of our business.

The lighting industry has always been where I’m most happy, it’s my comfort zone. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else. I adore industrial lighting and everything about it. So, working for a manufacturer with so much heritage and history behind the logo makes me so proud.

My experience being a Project Sales Engineer for Venture, covering Wales and the West Midlands, formed relationships with customers that inspire me every day. The people we support are what make this position so special to me.

The future of Venture Lighting UK looks bright, with new members joining us with extensive skills and experience and a geographical move to create a more coherent order processing journey, we are determined to re-strategies and focus on what lies ahead.
